Centre notifies law to tackle unfair practices, punish paper leaks in public exams

Those using unfair means face jail time for 3-5 years and a fine of up to ₹10 lakh. Service providers may be fined up to ₹1 crore. Those part of organised crime face a fine of at least ₹1 crore apart from imprisonment.
