Centre notifies Jammu Bench of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) for UT of Jammu & Kashmir and UT of Ladakh

The Central Government has notified the establishment of a Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Bench in Jammu. (Official Gazette - Jammu CAT)

As per the Notification published today in the Official Gazette, this newly established Bench will exercise jurisdiction over Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union territory of Ladakh.
