Cartoonists are part of the press: Kerala High Court frowns upon hypercritical Malayalis

The Court quashed a criminal case initiated against editors, printers and publishers associated with Malayala Manorama over an allegedly insulting cartoon of the national flag with Mahatma Gandhi.
