Can Registry accept Malayalam documents without English translation? Conflicting orders by Kerala High Court

Justice Rawal, who was transferred from the Punjab and Haryana High Court in 2019 said that during the two years he has spent as a judge of the Kerala High Court, lawyers rarely file English translation of documents.

Litigants, lawyers and the Kerala High Court Registry may be in a quandry about whether documents in Malayalam, the State's official language and mother tongue of people of the State, can be used in the documents submitted before the court as in a span of less than one month, two single-judges seem to have taken conflicting views.
