Calcutta High Court says it can't ask devotees to form queues to visit Jalpesh temple; calls for self-discipline like Kerala temple devotees

The Calcutta High Court on Monday observed that it cannot decide whether devotees visiting the ancient Jalpesh temple in Jalpaiguri should come in a queue to offer water on the Shiva Linga or pour the same through a channel [Surojit Dasgupta vs State of West Bengal].
