Calcutta High Court orders State to pay ₹7 lakh compensation to minor who was trafficked and forced into prostitution

Justice Moushumi Bhattacharya said the central scheme of NALSA will apply to all victims of crimes irrespective of the State and, therefore, all States are bound to implement the said policy.
