The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has today postponed the CA exams to November due to increase in COVID-19 positive cases. .The ICAI made this announcement late in the evening stating that in order to ensure the interest of its students and their well being, the Institute has decided to cancel May 2020 Examinations and merge the May 2020 attempt with November 2020 Examinations.All benefits already available to students including fee paid and exemptions will continue to available..Earlier this week, the Supreme Court had granted time to the ICAI to contact all the exam centres to assess whether exams for May 2020 exam cycle can be held at all amid the growing COVID-19 pandemic.
