[Book Launch] 'Defaulter’s Paradise Lost, Demystifying The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016' to be released on August 26

The 'Defaulter’s Paradise Lost, Demystifying The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016', authored by Anant Merathia is set to be launched on the 26th of August, 2023 at 10:30 am at the India International Centre (MPH), New Delhi.

The event will be presided over by Hon’ble Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Hon’ble Judge of the Supreme Court of India, the Chief Guest and Chair of the launch; Hon’ble Justice Ashok Bhushan, Retd Hon’ble Judge of the Supreme Court of India, Chairperson of the NCLAT as Guest of Honour; and Hon’ble Justice Ramalingam Sudhakar, Retd Chief Justice of the High Court, President of the NCLT as a Special Guest.
