Bombay High Court seeks State's response after plea flags dilapidated court building in Mulund

The petition filed by advocate Santosh Dubey highlighted that the building was constructed in 1945 and is still being used to house the court of Metropolitan Magistrates though it has been declared as a dilapidated one.
