The Bombay High Court on Monday refused to quash a first information report (FIR) registered against Member of Parliament Navneet Rana and her husband, independent Member of Legislative Assembly Ravi Rana for assault of public servant in relation to the controversy arising out of the Hanuman Chalisa recital episode.
