This Bombay High Court judge recused from Sachin Waze case after reserving orders

Justice Bharati Dangre of the Bombay High Court on Tuesday recused from hearing the plea by former Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Waze challenging his detention in connection with a corruption case involving allegations against former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh as well.
