Bihar Judge assault: DGP places report in sealed cover before Patna High Court

The Director General of Police (DGP) of Bihar has submitted a report in sealed cover before the Patna High Court in relation to an incident where two police officers allegedly assaulted an Additional District & Sessions Judge (Court on its own motion vs.The State of Bihar).
