A Special Court in Bengaluru has granted interim anticipatory bail to BJP MLA Y Bharath Shetty in connection with a case registered against him for his alleged provocative speech against Congress MP Rahul Gandhi..In an order passed on July 11, Thursday, judge Santhosh Gajanan Bhat granted anticipatory bail to Shetty, who is the BJP MLA from Mangaluru North.The Court directed the Kavoor police of North Sub Division, Mangaluru city, to release him on bail in the event of his arrest on executing a personal bond for a sum of ₹ one lakh with one surety.
