Can't ask BCI to equate LL.B degree obtained in UK with undergraduate course in India: Delhi High Court

The Court said that academic equivalence is a matter for academic bodies to decide.

The Delhi High Court recently refused to direct the Bar Council of India (BCI) to certify that the three-year LL.B (Hons) course done at United Kingdom’s University of Hertfordshire can be treated as equivalent to an undergraduate course in India [Vasu Sachdeva v. Bar Council of India and Ors].
