BCI issues show cause notice to Dushyant Dave for remarks against CJI Dipak Misra, Collegium

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has today issued a show cause notice to Senior Advocate and former President of Supreme Court Bar Association Dushyant Dave for his remarks against Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra and the Collegium.
