He will decide the quantum of punishment to be awarded to the two. Allegations of misconduct made against certain BCCI officials will also be dealt with by him..During the hearing, the Court also expressed its displeasure with the “sparring” between members of Committee of Administrators (CoA) of BCCI. The Court said that the CoA head Vinod Rai and one of the members Diana Edulji must not go public with their differences..“We have heard in reports that some sparring is going on between CoA members. Tell them not to go public with their differences.”.As regards the appointment of more members to CoA, the Court noted that it had some names in mind. The decision regarding the same would, however, be taken by the Bench in Chamber, Justice Bobde said..The CoA initially had four members. However, two members had resigned and the CoA is currently functioning with four members.
