Bar Council of Delhi asks Prime Minister Narendra Modi to withdraw Farmers Acts

BCD has stated that the surreptitious insertion of provisions in the Farmers Acts on bar on civil courts will pose a serious threat to the existing judicial institution and the principle of separation of powers.
