AZB, SAM, Khaitan act on Indiabulls, InterGlobe acquisition of office tower from Hines for 200 crore

Indiabulls Dual Advantage Commercial Assets Fund has bought a commercial office tower in Gurugram from real estate firm Hines India Ltd for around Rs. 200 crore.
