Delhi High Court urges lawyers to avoid adjournments, file timely status reports in bail and parole cases

The Delhi High Court has issued a circular stating that in bail, interim bail, furlough, parole and suspension of sentence matters, counsel must avoid unnecessary adjournments or pass-overs.
