"Atrocious": Supreme Court on Madras High Court order which said watching child porn in private is not offence

The Supreme Court on Monday expressed shock at the observation made by the Madras High Court that watching child pornography in private does not constitute an offence under the Information Technology Act of 2000 (IT Act) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO Act) [Just Right for Children Alliance and Anr v S Harish and Ors].
