ASG Indira Jaising shares details of Intern’s affidavit; Writes open letter to Justice Ganguly seeking resignation

Indira Jaising, the Additional Solicitor General of India, has written an open letter to Justice AK Ganguly who is currently accused of sexually harassing an intern in December last year. The open letter, published in the Indian Express, quotes sections of the affidavit submitted by the intern before the 3-judge committee formed to look into the allegations.
