The Delhi High Court will pronounce today its verdict in the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) challenge to a trial court's decision to grant regular bail to Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader, Arvind Kejriwal.

Kejriwal is presently in jail following his arrest by the ED in a money laundering case linked to the now-scrapped Delhi excise policy of 2021-22.

On June 20 evening, a trial court granted him regular bail. However, the bail order was stayed the next day by the High Court on a plea by the ED.

The High Court had stayed the trial court's bail order until a final verdict on the ED's plea.

Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain is slated to pronounce this verdict today.
