Andhra Pradesh High Court gets new Chief Justice; Justice KJ Sengupta to take oath tomorrow

After a period of more than two months, the Andhra Pradesh High Court will have a Chief Justice with Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta being appointed to the post. Justice Sengupta will replace Justice Ramana who had been made the Acting Chief Justice following the elevation of Justice Pinaki Ghose to the Surpeme Court and the subsequent retirement of Justice V Eswaraiah, who was Acting Chief Justice for a day.
