Allegation of rape on false promise to marry will not stand if woman continued relationship after knowing of man's marriage: Kerala High Court

The Court said that a sexual relationship which continues even after woman is aware of the man's marriage can only be termed as one on account of love and passion, and not based on any false promise to marry.
