Allahabad High Court suspends UP judge who lay in front of JCB to protect his land
Additional District and Sessions Judge of Sultanpur, Manoj Kumar Shukla was suspended with effect from April 3, 2022 after he was seen lying in front of an excavator to protect his ancestral land.
A judge from Uttar Pradesh was suspended by the Allahabad High Court for allegedly obstructing the authorities from occupying his land, Aaj Tak reported.
