Aim is to ensure legal aid reaches entire disadvantaged population: Justice UU Lalit on Legal Aid Defence Counsel System

Supreme Court judge Justice UU Lalit on Sunday said that the aim of the Legal Aid Defence Counsel System pioneered by the National Legal Services Authority and implemented by various State and District Legal Services Authorities across the country is to ensure that free legal aid reaches each and every disadvantaged person in the country.
