AG R Venkataramani, SG Tushar Mehta to skip Ram Mandir inauguration owing to official work; CJI DY Chandrachud to hold regular court
The only judge part the Ayodhya bench who would attend the consecration ceremony, is Justice Ashok Bhushan. Justice Bhushan is the current chairperson of National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
Chief Justice of India (CJI) DY Chandrachud who was a part of the Babri Masjid- Ram Janmabhoomi judgment will hold regular court on January 22 (Monday), the day of Ram Mandir inauguration at Ayodhya.
