The setting up of National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has hit a roadblock after the Law Ministry advised the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) against establishing the appellate body, reports The Indian Express. The proposal to appoint retired Supreme Court judge Justice KS Radhakrishnan as the first Chairperson of the NCLAT, as well as the appointment of two judicial members, has also been rejected by the Law Ministry .
