Aditya Thackeray seeks to intervene in Bombay High Court PIL calling for his arrest in Sushant Singh Rajput case

The Shiv Sena (UBT) faction leader asserted that the PIL is not maintainable and sought leave to intervene so that he can be heard before any order is passed.

Aditya Thackeray has approached the Bombay High Court to intervene in a public interest litigation (PIL) seeking his arrest in connection with the case arising from the deaths of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput and his former manager Disha Salian.
