Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (Adani) has approached the Supreme Court against a judgment of the Bombay High Court which had imposed costs of ₹5 lakh on it while dismissing its plea challenging the disqualification of its bid in connection with a tender issued by the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) for upgradation of its container terminal in Navi Mumbai [Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited v.
