Former JSA, HSA Partner Abeezar E. Faizullabhoy joins Argus Partners with team

HSA Partner Abeezar E Faizullabhoy has left the firm to join Argus Partners as a Senior Partner in Mumbai. Sagar Associates (JSA), where he was a partner for 9 years. He resigned from JSA to make a transition from law to business, as he became the Group CEO of Aditya Resources DMCC, a Dubai based investor group. It was responsible for the development of a 3600 MW power plant in India and other off-shore acquisitions and investments..Thereafter, Abeezar moved to HSA Advocates, where he spent more than 4 years as a Senior Partner..Both Shahen Pradhan and Murtaza Kachwalla also come with vast experience in the commercial litigation space and have been involved in some significant matters in the Bombay High Court and before the National Company Law Tribunal..On his joining Argus, Abeezar said,.“My team and I are delighted to be part of Argus Partners and we look forward to playing an important role in the future growth and expansion of the firm.
