An FIR has also been lodged against the cab driver at the Ghazipur Police Station..Justice Mittal conveyed her concerns to the law department of the Delhi Government and is said to have emphasized on the need for separate cars for officers of subordinate judiciary..Presently, the judges of the trial courts are provided private vehicles hired by the Government for their transportation.
