#NEET: Domicile rules to remain, as Bombay High Court refuses to interfere [Read Order]September 19 2016
In a huge relief to students with Maharashtra domicile, the Bombay High Court's Chief Justice Manjula Chellur and MS Sonak J refused to interfere in the rules brought under Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act in August this year.
"At least prima facie, we are unable to accept the petitioners’ contention that the impugned rules impose any unreasonable restrictions."
