Nalsars Institute of Global Internet Governance and Advocacy holds its 1st International Conference Two-day event focused on the changing parameters of Internet Governance

The Institute of Global Internet Governance and Advocacy (GIGA) of Nalsar University, Hyderabad recently held its first International Conference at the Nalsar campus. The event was held on April 5-6, 2012 and speakers included Faizan Mustafa, Nalsar’s new Vice-Chancellor; Ajit Balakrishnan, CEO of Rediff.com and N. Ravi Shankar, Additional Secretary, Department of Telecommunications. The theme of the conference was “Revisiting Internet Governance – Lessons Learnt and the Road Ahead”.
