Traditionally, the candidates shortlisted for the first round of interviews attended a regional round of interviews before the finalists were called to Delhi for the final round. This year, however, all sets of interviews were held in Mumbai. It makes you reflect on your character and past experiences and helps you grow as a person. ”.NLSIU has had a long-standing love affair with the Rhodes, with about twelve Rhodes Scholars being alumni of the school. NLSIU students have been awarded the Rhodes consecutively over the last four years, with Ramya Raghuram winning in 2007, Arghya Sengupta in 2008, Sushila Rao in 2009, and Niranjan being this year’s Rhodes elect. Swarup is Nalsar’s third Rhodes Scholar, being preceded by Raghav Shankar in 2007 and Aarthi Anand in 2003.
