Delay in probe into Elephant Tusk case: PIL filed in Kerala High Court against Mohanlal [Read Petition]May 21 2019
A Public Interest Litigation has been filed in Kerala High Court against Malayalam Cinema legend Mohanlal in a case relating to alleged illegal possession of elephant tusks by the actor.
The matter was heard yesterday by a Bench of Chief Justice Hrishikesh Roy and Justice AK Jayasankaran Nambiar.
Advocate Rashmi Gogoi who is daughter of Chief Justice of India, Ranjan Gogoi appeared for Lal. She sought an adjournment citing requirement of Senior Advocate to argue the case. The matter will now be heard on July 11 . . .
