A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court seeking re-investigation of Mahatma Gandhi’s assassination..The petition filed by one Pankaj Phadnis was heard by a Bench of Justices SA Bobde and L Nageswara Rao, which showed disinterest in entertaining the matter..Neverthless, the Court asked Senior Advocate Amrendra Sharan to study the petition and assist the court..The Bench also posed a series of questions to the petitioner who appeared in-person today..Justice Bobde asked,.“Is there any human being who has a hand in the murder who is alive today.
