Madras HC CJ Indira Banerjee did not say cases over 5 yrs would be cleared by 2018

Registrar General of the Madras High Court R Sakthivel has issued a clarification that certain media reports quoting Chief Justice Indira Banerjee as having declared that all cases pending for over five years would be cleared by March 2018, are misleading.
