Samir Dudhoria, Vijaya Rao, Sundeep Dudeja, Sameen Vyas and Madhurima Mukherjee have been given on option to choose between a BMW, Audi or Mercedes..Rajiv Luthra further added, “In the last two days we deliberated various growth strategies for the firm and we identified different growth potentials in practice areas etc. and five of our partners have been given additional responsibilities going forward keeping that strategy and each of them was presented with BMW for this additional responsibility”..Bikash Jhawar, Mumbai based Partner speaking to Bar & Bench on the promotion said, “I am extremely excited to be elevated and hope to sustain the corporate finance practice with specific focus on corporate finance and international agency-backed project finance”..Bikash is a graduate of National Law School of India University Bangalore. Before joining Luthra, he was working as a Chief Manager at ICICI Bank for over four years. He has been with the firm for almost four years now and has led private equity and corporate M&A transactions for the firm besides helping sustain the firm’s project finance practice..Sanjeev Kumar has been working with the firm for more than six years and handles the litigation practice of the firm. He is a graduate of Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. Previously, he has worked with Justice S.K. Sharma, Justice Rajiv Shakdher and later with Bajaj Group. He said, “I am overjoyed and as an added responsibility I will try to shoulder this to the best of my ability and take the firm forward”..Nivedita has been working with the firm for more than six year. Previously, she was working with AZB & Partners. She is a graduate of Faculty of Law, Delhi University..Varun Pareek, Saleem Hasan Ansari, Anirban Bhattacharya, Kamalpreet Kaur, Pradyuman Dubey, Ravisekhar Nair, Koshy John and Ashish Prasad have been promoted to managing associate level on the litigation side.
