Luthra hires Tatva’s Partner, NALSAR-grad Durga Bose Gandham

Luthra & Luthra, a firm that has largely remained unscathed in the Amarchand poaching wars, has opened its fourth office in Hyderabad and has hired Tatva Legal’s Competition and Litigation lawyer Durga Bose Gandham..The firm has taken up an office space in Banjara Hills and the office will be overseen by Senior Partner, H.S. Bobby Chandhoke along with Partner Abdullah Hussain..Gandham will head the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in Hyderabad. Altaf Fathima, an AoR at the Supreme Court, is joining the same office as Partner Designate for commercial litigation and corporate advisory..A graduate of NALSAR Hyderabad, Gandham initially worked at the Supreme Court of India as Law Clerk after which he worked at Legist Associates..He also holds an LL.M. in Litigation and Dispute Resolution from George Washington University. In 2009, he joined P&A Law Offices where he worked for almost four years before moving to Tatva Legal in Hyderabad. He was made Partner in 2014..The firm has also expanded its Delhi office and has acquired additional office space at both, the first floor and the eighth floor of the Ashoka Estate building.
