In the wake of the recent SCOTUS judgment legalizing gay marriage in the US, social media seems to be looking at the world through rainbow-tinted shades. Perhaps it was wishful thinking that led the Economic Times to misconstrue Law Minister DV Sadananda Gowda’s comments on Section 377 of the IPC.
