They are already strong in infrastructure and corporate commercial practice and it made a lot of sense to add tax advisory to its services. I thought it was a good opportunity for me to build the firm’s tax practice.”.Manish, a commerce graduate from Delhi University, is a qualified lawyer and cost accountant and has been advising clients spanning across industries on indirect tax issues..He was instrumental in setting up the indirect tax practice at the Delhi office of Khaitan & Co where he worked for four years. Prior to this he had worked with consulting firms like KPMG and BMR Advisors. Manish has also worked with Indian Oil Corporation for about 7 years, where he handed the indirect tax functions for the refineries..Earlier this year, Link Legal and India Law Services had integrated their practices to form Link Legal – India Law Services with offices at New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai.
