Link Legal on hiring spree: DMD’s Harish Kumar, Argus’ Shubha Karaa

Link Legal India Law Services has been on a hiring spree of late, with the latest addition to the firm’s partnership being Harish Kumar in Delhi and Shubha Karra in Mumbai.

The firm had earlier hired two new Partners – Bhumesh Verma and Vikas Gaur – to boost their corporate practice in Delhi.

Harish has over fourteen years of experience and focuses on corporate restructuring, M&A, funds raising, corporate advisory and corporate governance.

He comes in from DMD Advocates, after having worked at  Amarchand Mangaldas, Jaypee group and Singhania & Co.

Shubha is a graduate of NALSAR University and has around 10 years of experience in advising clients on Private Equity investments, M&A, Corporate advisory and project finance. Shubha joins the firm from Argus Partners.

Prior to this, she had worked with Amarchand Mangaldas in Hyderabad, as well as with Luthra & Luthra in Mumbai. She has also spent two years at Wipro.
