PQE: 3-4 Years

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

Job Description and Requirements

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate.

• Candidates will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in various real estate and corporate law matters.

• Candidates will be expected to draft conveyance documents and other contracts, conduct due diligence, represent clients in negotiations, undertake legal research and develop legal strategies.

• The candidate should possess experience in the field of real estate law, commercial contracts and redevelopment.

• The candidate shall be fluent in English and Marathi.

Remuneration: ₹40,000/- to ₹60,000/- per month (depending on work experience of the candidate)
