Pravda Law Associates is looking to hire Associates / Senior Associates in Chennai and Bangalore.

Number of Positions: 4 (Four) in Chennai; 2 (Two) in Bangalore

PQE: 4-8 years

Location: Chennai and Bangalore

Qualification: LLB

Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive legal research to understand relevant laws, precedents, and regulations related to the case.

• Drafting legal documents including petitions, affidavits, and written statements.

• Attending court hearings and assisting in court proceedings.

• Liaising with clients and providing legal advice.

• Maintaining case files and updating case status.

Requirements

• Proficiency in civil, criminal, family, IPR, commercial litigation matters before the District Courts, High Court, and Supreme Court.

• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts and arguments.

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a client-centric approach to legal representation and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

• Proven leadership and management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing junior team members and leading by example.

• The ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Remuneration: As per Industry standards.
