Karanjawala & Co is currently looking for an associate for its Corporate team with 2-3 years of experience in New Delhi and the details of the positions are outlined below.

• Negotiating, vetting and drafting of all transactional documents such as joint venture agreement, share purchase, share subscription, shareholders agreement, buikder buyer agreement, development agreement etc;

• Providing general legal advice on all corporate laws including FEMA, RBI regulations, intellectual property laws etc.

• Qualified to practice law in India with Post Qualification Experience of 2-3 years.

• The candidate is required to have demonstrable knowledge about commercial and contractual issues in a transaction.

• Should be self-motivated, must be willing to learn; and must have proficiency and command over English language (both oral and written).

• Should have excellent research and analytical skills, with an attention to detail.

• Should be committed to stay for a long term period.
