Wadia Ghandy assists Oberoi Realty on acquisition of land in Gurugram

Oberoi Realty has acquired the rights of a nearly 15 Acre land parcel in Sector 58, Gurugram, Haryana, from IREO Residences and other entities.

The deal value for IREO Residences and the other land owners is upto ₹597 crore and a certain area share.

Wadia Ghandy & Co acted for Oberoi Realty in this transaction.

The transaction team was led by Dhawal Mehta (Managing Partner), Krishna Balaji Moorthy (Partner) and Bhakti Mehta (Partner).

This landmark deal marks Oberoi Realty's first foray outside MMR and into NCR.
