Vidhigya Associates acts on Deepak Builders & Engineers ₹260 crore IPO

Deepak Builders & Engineers India Limited has launched an Initial Public Offering (IPO) totalling ₹260 crore, this includes a fresh issue of equity shares alongside an offer for sale by existing shareholders.

Vidhigya Associates acted as the sole legal counsel for the offering. The transaction team comprised Rahul Pandey (Partner), Vijeta Mishra (Partner), Himanshu Pandey (Partner), Vedang Mehta (Principal Associate), and Yash Desai (Associate).

Deepak Builders & Engineers is an integrated engineering and construction company that specializes in the execution and construction of a diverse range of projects. These include administrative and institutional buildings, hospitals and medical colleges, industrial facilities, historical memorial complexes, stadiums and sports complexes, as well as residential developments.
