VERTICES PARTNERS, Wadia Ghandy act on Gojo & Company investment in Ananya Finance

Gojo & Company, Inc. has invested approximately ₹91.7 crore ($11 million) in Ananya Finance for Inclusive Growth Private Limited through a mix of primary investment and secondary transaction.

VERTICES PARTNERS represented its long-standing client Gojo & Company, Inc. in relation to the fundraise and acquisition.

The transaction team was led by Vikrant Anand (Partner), along with Varun Kaka (Senior Associate), Nisha Dharod (Associate) and Liji Thomas (Associate).
