Vertices, Samvad act on Kaagaz Scanner 4.25 crore fund raise from Pravega Ventures

Kaagaz Scanner of Ordenado Labs Pvt. Ltd., a homegrown document scanning and storage app, has raised INR 4.25 crore led by Pravega Ventures Trust, Axilor Technology Fund I, and a few prominent angel investors.

Vertices Partners represented Ordenado Labs with a team led by Associate Partner Hardika Thakker along with Associate Soumya Bansal. Managing Partner Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.

Samvad Partners represented Pravega Ventures Trust with a team led by Partner Junaira Rahman along with Senior Associate Gauri Khanna and Associate Sanjana Mathur.

Kaagaz Scanner has been acknowledged by the government as part of the Atmanirbhar App Challenge where it was given a special mention in the office apps category.
